I can't go into secure sites, and i tried everything suggested here

it tried everything suggested here before. i still cant go to any site that needs my password. what can i do? i have tried everything.

well, i am no expert, but i tried to download the updates that other users had suggested with people who ahve problems like me, also i ran regsvr32 softpub.dll suggested by someone, i enabled SSL 2, and SSL 3, also suggested here. still the same problem. please not that I used to go into secure sites before, the problem started out of no where about 4 days ago
