I can't get to the bottom of this one!

Whenever I download or save target as the flaming computer opens the temp
internet files folder and just sits there.

File associations are OK so it know what to open the dl with but it always
opens the temp internet files folder and sits there.

Does anybody have any bright ideas? At the moment I'm having to shut dowm
(Me) and reboot into XP everytime I need to download a file.

And yes I know I would be better using XP all the time but I haven't had the
time to re-install everything on the XP OS.
