i cant get onto 'my documents' or 'my computer'

i try to click onto the programs my documents and my computer but an error
message appears asking me to send the error to microsoft, i have done this a
few times but nothing has changed and i still cant get onto them.

if anyone can help i would be grateful

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
