I can't get groove off my system, please help!

Hi! My ex downloaded office groove before we split, and now, I can't get it
off my system! (Yikes) I don't speak to him and I have no idea what email he
used or password. The problem is that a pop up keeps coming up and it delays
my computers load time. Is there any way to get this pop up off my system?

Have you tried openning the control panel and then selecting programs and
select groove and remove/uninstall it.

Hi Martin! Thank you for posting! I did try that, and the program isn't even
listed under my programs anymore. However, the pop up still comes up. It's
the weirdest thing. I just can't get rid of the thing!
