G'Day Mismik,

It seems that the Window is off-screen - please try the following:

1 Right-Click the button on the Taskbar and click "Move". Your mouse
pointer will change to a "cross" (a four-way arrow).

2 Move the mouse pointer to centre screen - do NOT click.

3 Press the up-arrow on your keyboard ONCE. The mouse pointer
will jump to the missing window (i.e. off-screen).

4 Move the mouse (do NOT click) in a large circle to see if you can
bring that window on-screen.

5 If you see the Window, click with the mouse and continue as normal.

6 If this fails increase your screen resolution (temporarily) and drag that
window to the upper left of the screen - change the resolution back.

Good Luck!

Thank you soooo much Pat! It worked just as you said..I almost cried!!! It
has been a pain for soo long! You are a genius!!! Thank you, thank you, thank
you!!!!!!!
sincerely, mismik34
