I can't delete a program that's messing up my computer....

I tried to load Hello.com today. Hello.com is a picture and video sharing
program.
It did not install properly and now, is interfering with the operation of my
computer and I can't remove it. I've tried deleting the file folders
themselves...and I've tried going to the Add/Delete Programs operation
through the Control Panel. But, nothing seems to work. When I try to delete
the program, the "uninstall wizard" locks up?
What do I do? It's driving me crazy....

Chris,
have had to resort to using sys restore function and restore back to time
prior to install of specific program. Secondly, go to the website for the
product and chk specs compatiabilty and more importantly see if there is an
issue using the software with other software.
