I cant connect to instant help support center..plz help!!

I've been having problems with my computer lately and I cant connect to
instant support center..it says..."PluginInterface failed to
initialize".."Error initializing plugin manager"...PLease help!Thanks....

Check http://www.dougknox.com/ and do a search for Help support
