Hi D.
What Operating System are you using, cause on my XP machine it says that there is unread messages when I pick which profile I want to use, I have never double clicked to read them, but I'd say that it is because you aren't connected to the internet when you turn on your computer, therefore it cannot establish a connection and therefore gives you the "Cannot display the page" window. Just try connecting to the 'net first. When you said you could do it before did you have the internet already on, via gateway or a server or whateva on a different comp?

Hi Duke,

HP Instant Support is not a standard item in Windows XP. It's an add-on by the OEM (HP/Compaq) systems, and you should get better assistance if you contact HP Technical Support.
