I can't back up "All information on this computer" in XP Professio

I am using XP Professional Backup Wizard and want to choose the option to
back up "All information on this computer." I get the error message "The
files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was
aborted." I have a master/slave configuration and I am trying to back up my
entire C: drive to the slave drive. Does anyone know why I can't back up the
whole C: drive? Is the backup utility trying to back up the slave drive, too,
because it states "ALL information on this computer?" Thanks for any advice.

Is there a floppy drive in this computer?

Thank you! That explains it. I don't have a floppy drive.

You are welcome.
You may want to use third-party software. I can recommend Norton
Ghost, whcih is not cheap but works well.

Hey, thanks. I actually think I will purchase it (only $23 for 2005 version,
$8 for 2003 version) because it offers some features I need such as auto
backup to my laptop. Thanks again.
