i cant add my email accounts to window mail

You see that big empty space in your message that is empty at present. Try to populate it with words describing your problem in detail
 
I'm getting an error that says "The import cannot complete because an error
occurred."
 
You may want to start a separate thread. Which version of WM do you have? -
look in help/about
 
If you're trying to add your Hotmail account you are out of luck. But if
you download Windows Live Mail you will be able to add Hotmail accounts.
 
Incidentally, you are posting from the future.
This is because you reside in the Eastern time zone, yet your
PC is configured for the Pacific time zone.
(Why am I not surprised?)
