I don't know, why can't you?
Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

You need to follow the directions at the Sympatico site.

You also don't want to put your real email address in a post, particularly
since Bell's spam filters aren't all that good.
