I can't access a download link in a website

I'm running XP Pro SP2 fully updated

I'm using Firefox 2.0 and when I click on a download link in just this one
website: http://fosi.ural.net/ , the main website page reloads instead of the
usual download window opening. This is the only website that I have had this
problem with; I have successfully downloaded from it in the past, but haven't
tried to download from it for a good 3-4 months.

If I click on a download link in any other website I've been to, I have no
problem whatsoever--the little download progress window opens and my download
shows up on the desktop

I tried using IE, and encountered the same problem. A friend had no problem
when he used Opera, so I installed Opera to see if it would work---I ran into
the same dead end--- the main website page reloads instead of the download
window opening and showing the download progress.

Why just this one site? What sort of thing could possibly be causing this
problem? What info would you need about my installed programs, system
configuration, etc to give me some clue as to how to proceed?

Especially, why would this happen with not just Fire fox and IE, but also
with a brand new Opera install with no program setting adjustments
whatsoever?!

This is the ONLY problem I'm having with my system----I run multiple
antispyware/malware utilities, V-Com System Suite for antivirus and firewall
protection, don't get any error messages in Event Viewer, and have absolutely
no other known issues with the system or any other website that I've been to.

Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated--I haven't the least idea
as to even where to begin looking for the cause/cure to this anomaly

I tried some links in Firefox 2.0 and they worked.
Try them by opening them in new window/tab

Don't forget to clear your cache.

This is happening to 3 completely different browser but one thing is still
common that is FIREWALL. Turn it off.
