I cannot view my e-mail

Everytime I try to view my e-mail in hot mail a prompt comes up that says
"This message has not been fully downloaded from the server. Would you like
to mark it for download. Yes or No. And when I click on yes nothing happens.
I also get a promt that says error message 0x800cccfo
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK newsgroup. have you tried
typing that error number into Google?
