sending e-mail

how do I send an e-mail that has a message that says "this message has not
been sent"? Where do I find the send button?
 
Perhaps you'll get an answer by posting your question in a forum dedicated
to support for your particular email software.

This forum is dedicated to MS Access, the database application included in
some versions of the MS Office suite of applications.
