I cannot uninstall Business Contact Manager

I'm running Outlook 2003 with all the lastest patches. I've been noticing
when I start Outlook, I get an error saying I cannot conntect to the database
for Business Contact Manager. Then I tried to uninstall Business Contact
Manager and the uninstall process froze up. Now I cannot uninstall Business
Contact Manager, and I cannot install Microsoft Project 2003. During the
install of Project, I get an error message saying there was a problem with
Business Contact Manager, it then asks if I want to roll back the changes
from Business Contact Manager. I say yes, and it freezes up again. I think
my registry is hosed. What should I do?
