I cannot open Reports in design mode or preview in Access 2003

Although I have no problem running reports or viewing them on my workstation,
when I distribute it to other workstations users cannot print reports and
cannot look at their design.
 
Did you set them up as users? and if you did what permissions did you give
them? And why would you want them to see the design? That would allow them
to mess up controls, and lose needed data.
 
If you have security setup, the workgroup file name has to be different from
the database name. I had a similar problem (but this only applies if you
have security setup).
