I cannot have 2 IE Browser windows open

When I have an IE 6.0 browser open to msn home page and
I try to launch a second browser pointing to the same
page, the second browser shuts down as soon as it loads.
Please help

Your popup stopper, firewall, or anti-virus may be closing the second
browser. Disable them one at a time.
