I cannot get antispyware to download.

First try rebooting your system, as some programs don't
release all the memory allocated to them. If this
doesn't, help try rebooting the system, and go to Safe
Mode. For most systems, when rebooting, and before the
Windows screen comes up, press F8, and select the
networking option. This should allow you to download the
software. But I don't think you will have to do this, as
rebooting should solve the problem.
