I cannot delete a message.

I was wondering if someone could help me. When I go to log onto my account,
there is a message there saying I have email from hotmail. They are not mine,
they are my daughters, how do I delet the message. It is when I log onto the
computer and go to choose my user account?

Log on to her account, open her email, read it, and delete it. Never know
what you might find there until you look.

I have tried that, and everything is deleted. I have even restarted the
computer, and it still is telling my I have messages near my user account
login?

Did you empty the "Deleted Items" folder? If any unopened emails are in any
of the folders, they may still show up on the login screen. Check your
anti-spam folders as well.
