I cannot acces 'research' or clipart although connected to net

I cannot access clipart or disctionary etc through word on the web, it comes
up with a message saying I am not connected, to reconnect and try again, but
it continues with the same pop up message, is there a setting I need to alter
or something, any input would be great.

See if emptying your temporary Internet cache helps. In Internet Explorer,
tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.

The Office Media site needs you to accept an ActiveX control. Maybe your
firewall or security settings are prevent this.
