Are you able to access other websites?
-If so, then it might be a issue with the
http://www.ebay.com website.
-If not, then your DSL/Cable modem/dial-up connection could be having
problems
Are you able to reach the
www.ebay.com site, but not login to it?
-If you can reach the site, but not login, then it could be an issue
with cookies being turned off, however ebay shoudl display a message saying
something to this effect.
-If you cannot reach the ebay site at all, but can access other pages on
the internet, go to a command prompt and type "ping
www.ebay.com" to see if
you get a response.
