I can receive but cannot send email

Good morning, overnight I am unable to send,but I can receive email. I am
using Onecare Anti-Virus. The error message I get is:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'w', Account: 'pop.att.yahoo.com', Server:
'step.att.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

Please advise
