I can not open any .jpg files.

I can not open any jpg files from Outlook 2003. I receive an error message
that "the system can not find the file specified". Before I installed Outlook
2003, I was able to double click on the image and the picture
appeared...help, please!
 
jpg files that are attached?
See if purging your IE cache helps. I think attenuation might need to be
payed to your file associations.
