I attach a narration to a slide but it cuts off part of what I say

I record the narrative one slide at a time and cut off what overlaps onto the
next slide sometimes. It sounds good playing it on the slide the first time
through. Other times I shift the times a slide is presented or edit the
animations on one with audio recorded. Suddenly I find my sound is getting
cut off at the end of the slide? The audio is not longer than the time the
slide is presented either. What could be causing this chop off of of my
audio? Can I fix it without making new audio on the slide?

I presume your question is about a Powerpoint presentation? If so please post
it in a forum supporting Powerpoint. This forum is for a different program,
Microsoft Access; the webpage can be confusing and may have misled you. Scroll
down the list of subjects and find a group for your program.
