I am using PCI Soft92 Modem #2 to make a phone call from PC, I can make a
call but i can only hear the others voice and others can't hear me.I have
downloaded so many Dlls to make a call ,But in all the dlls i am facing the
same problem. Please help me out regarding this .

Not an Outlook question. Outlook does not dial. The Windows dialer does and
it has no support for voice modems.
