I am unable to open a outlook, cannot find folders, help ?

I have installed Office XP Pro and can open all programs except Outllook

It says " unable to open your default folders, could not open the item.Try
again."

It then asks "do you want to open your default file system folder instead.

If you then click on OK it gives me a

Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

and the folder C:\program files\microsoft office\office10\outlook.exe

Any ideas

Try recreating your mail profile via Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles.
