I am currently typing a dissertation in word. Yet when I type the spell
check, the wordcount and the wrapping of words will not work, i have tried
everything to get it working, but nothing seems to work can you help me? xo

You simply do not provide enough information. For starters:

- Version of Word?

- wordcount is not the spell check. What do you mean by "type the spell
check"?

- Which view are you working in?

- What font are you using?

It's possible that the wrong language is assigned to the document (see Tools
| Language | Set Language), but a failure of word wrap often indicates a
