I AM LOGGED ON AS ADMINISTRATOR BUT CAN'T ACCESS FOLDERS

I would really appreciate all the help.

I am new to users and administrators...anway...

I am logged on as the administrator...when i try to access my c drive and
the folders in there, it tells me that I have a restricted access and to
contact the system administrator. However, like I said, I am the system
administrator and logged in...there are only two user accounts...one is my
account which i use my password to log on...and the other is the guest
account, which doesn't need any password to access it...

I would appreciate any help I can get as I am unable to access any files
that is in the c drive.

Do you have permissions for those folders? You can set permissions for the
folders by clicking on folder > Properties > Security. Here you show the list
of accounts that have permissions for that folder. If you can't see the
Security tab you'll have to allow this in View > Folder Options.
