I am an admin, but can't change IE6 Internet Options

This just happened out of the blue. It's on my home PC with Windows XP Home.
Any ideas?
 
See www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Windows XP Security Console. You can control the Internet Options restriction, and many others with this utility.
