hyperthreading - use or not

Hi,
I have just upgraded to a Pentium 4 2.8c processor supporting HT. Several of
my games do not support HT (I think) so should I disable HT in the BIOS?

Games in question:
Flight Simulator 2002 Std
Morrowind
Neverwinter Nights

My System:
P4 2.8c
1 GB PC3200 DDR RAM
60 GB HDD (IDE not SATA)
256 MB Geforce FX5600
D865PERL motherboard (using onboard soundcard)
Windows XP Pro

Strontium

Having HT enabled shoudn't affect your gameplay, regardless of a given
game's support (or lack, thereof) of HT.

Most programs for Windows do not support dual processor (HT or second
processor). However, if your Windows has be set up with HT active and your
games/programs work, I would leave it. Newer programs/games may start using
the HT functions.

Realy depends on the Mobo, some yes some no, just make it slower for
some reason, its a stab in the dark when you turn it on, if it makes
thing faster leave it on, it wont hurt anything.

Bye.
