Hyperlinks

I have a buddy using Netscape 7.1 who has recently changed to Internet
Explorer and Outlook 2000. He is having a problem with hyperlinks in his
incoming emails. It seems if he clicks a hyperlink from an Outlook email,
Netscape opens to view his link.
I have tried holding down the Shift key while clicking the link, but the
link still opens in Netscape. Any ideas anyone?

Change the default browser to IE.
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs-> at the bottom check IE
should check... and (re)start Internet Explorer
