hyperlinks

When I try to insert a hyperlink into an email msg it comes up as straight
type now instead of the direct hyperlink. How do I fix this?
 
I got the same problem. Using Word as an editor. It doesn't mather if a use
rich text or HTML. Same problem eather way. But in Word it works. I tried
setting up a new normal.dot file, without any luck.

Any ideas?
