Hyperlinks within Documents no working

Hi:
Within the last month we have noticed that any hyperlinks in our documents
(i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) to not seem to work any more. The
hyperlink should bring up Outlook and in the TO field put the address. The
hyperlink says: "mailto:wanda.moyer@???????" The hyperlink will bring up
Outlook, but will not put the address in the TO field. Any ideas why this
stopped working for us?

SP3.

I forgot to also say that we are using XP with SP3. I believe we have had
the problem ever since we went to XP - SP3. Another office is using XP-SP2
and Outlook 2003 - SP3 and they are not having this problem. Any
suggestions what we can do?
