Hyperlinks to a destination in google drive - help please

Hi there，

I have a number of hyperlinks in an excel book saved on my desktop google drive.
These are linked to another file in the google drive (image) which are all saved on my desktop . However, these have been uploaded via google drive .

The problem is when I want others to open the file, they click the link andit is broken.
Is there a way to link to these image files on Google Drive?

I have exactly the same issue, it doesn't work... Excel can't open the link/file!

I have the same issue. I have a spreadsheet and images all loaded into Google Drive. If I create a hyperlink to them and select them from Google driveon my desktop, the links only work on my PC. To everyone else it's "Cannotopen item". However, if I make a hyperlink to the same file directly from the browser, then it works for others.

Is there a workaround for this? Is this by design?
