Hyperlinks open My Documents

I have a client whose Outlook 2000 opens My Documents when a hyperlink in an
e-mail is selected. The OS is Windows XP Pro with all updates. Office 2000
has all updates as well. Any ideas?

Is the window called Locate Link Browser and are you requested for a .exe
file?
Poitn it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reset your websettings in Control Panel->
Internet Options-> tab Programs
