hyperlinks not changing

I recently had the blaster viruson my cpu. After getting
it back I found that my web pages in my cpu would not
change in the preveiw mode. Does one have to republish
to the web to get these to work ,Saving them does not
help ,going to the detect and repair did not help.I would
like to update the web site but am afraid it will mess
things up. What can I do ??

Do you have a backup? Have you tried opening your site live and publishing
back to you harddrive?
