Hyperlinks no function in programs

all hyperlinks in software other than iexplore , no function. Windows live
mail claims it can be fixed by associating the file to a program, and of
course that is a crock of crap...and I get no links functioning to open
iexplore

any ideas how to fix this?


another common place no function is in the "about" menu of programs etc
etc. no hyperlinks function, anywhere in any program.

Do Not Function In Any Program other than internet explorer. I hope this
english is not confusing.

I have guessed to blame some google browser since uninstalled, as that is as
close as I got to challenging the stack of "stuff". I will click it a few
times like smacking the side of an old monitor, but that ain't gonna do jack
squat.

ok its fixed. I have reinstalled recently, the old pc my be headed
out...hypocrisy is setting in like a disease.
