Hyperlinks launch File Open dialog

When i click on hyperlinks it opens the File Open dialog box!

How can i make this stop???

Browse to IEXPLORE.EXE and open it.

ya, that opens Internet Explorer, done...
didnt change the behavior of outlook links...

am i missing something?

assuming it's not because you have a second browser installed and ie isn't
the default anymore - you need to reregister the browser....
