Hyperlinks in Outlook Express do not open IE

When clicking on hyperlinks in OE, nothing happens. It should open IE and go
to the page. Even if IE is running, still nothing happens.

Try this:

From Start>Run type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings'.
