Hyperlinking to individual page

How do you hyperlink to a particular page, outside of the using the headings
or bookmarks? (Neither of which I have no idea how to work) Is it best to
use Adobe and use the hyperlink features within Adobe instead of Word? Any
opinions?
 
You'll need to put a bookmark on the desired page, then hyperlink to the
bookmark.
