I've created a word template to be used as a company letterhead for emails.
It contains a hyperlink to our web page. However, once its emailed through
Word the hyperlink in the received email doesn't link to the web page.
The link works fine before you send it as an email message. Is there any
way to preserve the hyperlink.

Hi Bev,

Is the hyperlink still visible but not working, or linking to
the wrong location or ???

What version of Word? Is the hyperlink in the document body
or under View=>Header/Footer in Word.

Hi Bob
The hyperlink is visible highlighted in blue but clicking doesn't achieve
anything. Its in Word 2003. The hyperlink is in the document body, but its
within a text box, does that make a difference?.

I've since reformatted the template, to put the company logo inside a table
and not putting the hyperlink inside a text box and once emailed the
hyperlink now works fine. It must have been the text box that was the
problem.

Your questions got me thinking on a different wavelink, so in spite of
finding the fix myself, I appreciate your help.
Bev
