hyperlink that is an icon or image

I am new at this and need help. I want my online library catalog icon to be
what students click on to go to that link. HELP?
 
In Design view, click on the Library icon to highlight it
Use the menu Insert->Hyperlink to bring up the hyperlink dialogue
Type in the URL for the online library
Click OK
