Hyperlink from one page to a specific spot on another

I am not sure if this is possible but I need to hyperlink from one page to a
specifc location about halfway down on another page. It seems that
hyperlinks only allow me to go to the top of the other page and bookmarks are
only good on the same page.

Can it be done?
Can anyone help?
