Bookmark and Hyperlink Alignment on page

I have created several bookmarks on my page and connected them to
coresponding hyperlinks. These are all working well. Hyperlinks are going to
the correct bookmark. My question is how do you get the bookmarked location
to move to the top of the page?

A familiar example would be a FAQ page where if you click on a hyperlink for
question 7 the page moves to question 7 but it is at the very bottom of the
page. How do I get question 7 to appear at the top of the page so users don't
have to scroll down to read the rest of the question and the answer?

It "should" be automatic if the bookmark is properly made.
Make sure you "bookmark" a single word and not multiple words or a sentence.
Example: bookmark will work but book mark could fail and cause the page to open normally.
