hyperlink display text

I link from my site to another. The second site (which I have no ownership of
)updates the document title that I'm linking to each month. I would like the
hyperlink text on my site to update automatically displaying the latest text.
How do I do this? Currently, I check the linked-to site and then update my
site accordingly.

That is the normal process, unless the other site provide a RSS feed, etc.
