Hyperlinks keep changing

I am the webmaster for our junior high school. We recently had some security
breaches through our site and we now have a new URL. Since this change, I can
not seem to make my hyperlinks stay. It doesn't matter if I link back to the
main school district site, or if I just link to one of my pages on our site,
I keep having to insert the hyperlink on the clipart and textboxes that I am
using. I have to do this everyday. Is there something in the settings that
needs to be changed so that the links will quit disappearing?

I can make the change, save the page, exit FrontPage, check the website, and
the links won't work. I really need help. "Frustration" is not the
feeling/impression I want our parents to have when they visit our site.
