Sort of.

Unlike WinXP, Win2K cannot distinguish between physical and
logical processors. Since Win2K Pro and Server are limited to
two CPUs, if you have a single-CPU system it might be worth
enabling HT. But if you have a dual-CPU system you should
definitely not enable HT -- you'll take a major performance hit.
