Hyper threading Technology

There will be hyper threading tecnology for windows 2000,
or I must change my operating system (W 2000)to Windows XP?

Win2K will run on the HT processors, but the HT processor looks like 2
separate processors to the OS. You can go to WinXP, which truely supports
HT, but I personally haven't found a need to migrate.
