I am having a problem with IE6. My os is XP home edition.
When I go to the microsoft/support/download site the
window opens with a font so large that I can only see a
portion of one single letter. This only happens when I go
to this particular web site. I have checked all of the
display settings that I know to check. My system is an
Dell 8200 laptop and the video card is an Nvidea 440. I
have the latest bios and drivers for the system and the
video card. I'm stumped...

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you able to change the font size for the page via IE's View menu,
text size?

Had this problem also. Found it to be with the Accessibility Options.
