Huge fonts when visiting the microsoft office update

When I go to microsoft.com the fonts are large, but when I go to the
Office Update site, the fonts are so large three or four letters take
up the entire screen. It is impossible to view.

Environment:
Window XP
Explorer 6.0
Norton AntiVirus is running and updated
SpySweeper is running to remove and spyware
All Windows Update have been run including the one for Explorer

Screen resolution for the computer is set to 800 by 600, but all other
sites have a larger font, but most sites are visible and functional.
Beside the Microsoft Site there are a couple of other sites that are
also unusable due to the huge font. I have changed this resolution
to 1024 by 768, but it doesn't help the issue in the browser.

I have also reset the defaults in Explorer and not sure what else to
do.

Someone had posted that you could change the Accessibility options any
thing that referred to "Ignore font style or size on web pages" but I
could not find that option in 6.0

Thanks in advanced for any pointers!

This happens sometimes when you have accessibility options activated, for example
Magnifier.
Open Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
Click the Accessibility button.

There are two entries:
"Ignore font style on web pages" and
"Ignore font size on web pages".
Try changing these settings (put a check there if there isn't one now, or remove the
check if there is one).
Try the site again.
